EOP Terms of Use

EOP is an internal business application operated by Edita ITR. It is designed to support authorized business operations, including financial reconciliation, accounts receivable processing, reporting, and integration with third-party business systems such as QuickBooks Online.

Authorized Use

EOP may only be used by individuals authorized by Edita ITR. Users must use the application only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Third-Party Services

EOP may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online. Use of those services is also subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

Data and Access

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and access to connected services. Access to financial or business information through EOP does not grant ownership of that information or permission to use it outside authorized business purposes.

Availability

EOP is provided for internal operational use. Edita ITR does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and may modify or discontinue functionality as business requirements change.
